Kathleen Walls, former reporter for Union Sentinel in Blairsville, GA, is publisher/writer for American Roads and Global Highways. She currently resides in Middleburg, FL, and has lived in Florida most of her life but is from New Orleans and travels extensively—sort of like the Johnny Cash song “I’ve Been Everywhere.”
Kathleen is the author of several travel books: Georgia’s Ghostly Getaways, Finding Florida’s Phantoms, Hosts With Ghosts, and Wild About Florida series.
Kathleen recently completed American Music: Born in the USA: A History of American Music. Since it includes places about music as well as people, it’s taken her to visit some interesting music related spots.
