Denise Dube
Denise J. Dubé is a longtime writer who lives in a Boston suburb with her husband, an aeronautical engineer. They share left and right brain attributes. She started her writing career decades ago by writing an annual automobile price book. Later, she was a beat staff reporter for CNC. She spent more than seven years working as a Boston Globe regional reporter.
Like her mother, Denise is an avid cook and baker and spends her spare time reading and researching food and its cultural background. About 14 years ago she transitioned from news to food and travel and has never looked back. Her work appears in national print food and travel magazines.
