Go to the Spa for a Facial

A facial helps to remove the toxins from your skin, opening pores and improving your circulation. It helps to remove dead skin cells, stimulating new growth and revitalizing your skin.

Take a Yoga Class

Yoga has some enormous benefits for your health and fitness. It can improve your muscle tone and strength as well as increase your general flexibility. Through controlled breathing, yoga improves your respiratory system, giving you a feeling of vitality. Yoga is also good for helping to maintain a balanced metabolism.
