If you are interested in going to the USA, we will discuss a couple of different visa types and how long they take, on average, to get.

Business Visa and Work Visa

One of the most common types of visas that people get for the USA is a business visa. This allows the person to travel to the USA for work purposes but not to work for money for a company in the USA.

A business visa would be perfect for someone who works for a company with offices or branches in the USA and must visit for meetings and conferences. It is a short-term visa; on average, it takes around two months to get the visa to travel.

A work visa is a visa someone would require if they wanted to take a job in the USA. This would be perfect for someone looking to relocate who has already lined up a job. If you do not have a job, you will have time once you arrive in the USA to find a job and apply for a visa before you can work.
