On the second day of Christmas, I sipped a Cold Brew Martini from Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse at the Scottsdale Waterfront in Arizona. Okay, I’m not actually in Scottsdale today, but thanks to the recipe below, I can make one at home and get one the next time I’m at Hand Cut.
Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse is a hip Scottsdale eatery that serves up 100% grass-fed burgers and steaks. Hand Cut focuses on local, responsibly sourced ingredients. They also have a fabulous hand-crafted cocktail menu. Check out Half Cut when you visit Scottsdale.
Creating the Cold Brew Martini
When you blend coffee, vodka, and cinnamon, it is a party in a glass. I think this drink could be perfect for any season, but the combination makes me feel as if it’s Christmas in a glass.
- 1.5 oz Fugu Horchata Vodka
- 2 oz Cold Brew
- .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz Almond Milk
- Add about 1 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, cold brew, cinnamon syrup, and almond milk.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass.
