Over Easy is bringing its modern twist on breakfast classics to Northern Arizona. Its newest location in Flagstaff opens on July 9, 2018 near Northern Arizona University (2500 S. Woodlands Village Blvd, #27).
The restaurant will feature Over Easy’s signature breakfast and lunch fare including the Chicken Fried Steak and Nut Banana French Toast featured on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. The modern morning diner concept created by Chef Aaron May in 2008 was one of the first in Arizona to update classic breakfast dishes with a fresh, from-scratch menu. It will also have patio dining that will accommodate up to 30 people.
Plated Projects, a local restaurant group based in Flagstaff will open the Northern Arizona location. It is the group’s fourth Over Easy. Plated Projects also own Taverna Mediterranean Kitchen, The Oakmont – A Great Neighborhood Restaurant, The Mayor, and Citizen Pie.
“As Flagstaff residents, we are excited to bring this popular breakfast concept to our hometown. We know the community will appreciate the original, made from scratch dishes that we crave any time of day,” Said Plated Project co-owner Ryan Field.
