Just north of Seattle, the Tulalip Resort Casino’s culinary team is enticing diners this June and July with their Summer Berry Bliss menu offerings. Guests can enjoy a plethora of dishes showcasing Pacific Northwest berries—strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and huckleberries.

Pacific Northwest Berries Take Center Stage

These berry creations might inspire a property-wide dine around starting with The Draft Sports Bar and Grill’s Blackberry Chicken and Brie Bites featuring crispy wontons stuffed with fresh blackberries, fire-braised chicken, creamy brie and fresh jalapeño, complete with a raspberry jalapeño dipping sauce.

Next, it’s a stop at The Carvery to enjoy the Very Berry Mixed Field Greens Salad adorned with fresh and local Pacific Northwest strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries along with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, all nestled on a bed of mixed greens with the Resort’s house-made blackberry vinaigrette.

To continue the dine around experience, guests can visit the highly acclaimed Blackfish Wild Salmon Grill and Bar to savor Chef David Buchanan’s Grilled Jumbo Prawns laced with a berry salsa of strawberries, huckleberries, and basil accompanied with a gourmet rice bundle along with sugar snap peas, asparagus, and carrots.

Or check out Cedars Cafe, where guests can order Chef Brent Clarkson’s classic 8-ounce pork chop served with a blackberry port wine reduction, buttermilk blue cheese mashed potatoes, and onion straws, shiitake mushrooms and asparagus medley. Served with a choice of soup or fresh house salad (from 2 pm to 10 pm daily). Chef Lil is cooking up a sweet and savory pork loin complete with a delicious combination of fresh strawberries, blueberries, rosemary, caramelized shallots, and balsamic vinegar at Eagles Buffet.

Blazing Paddles is also in the game with a Berry Salad of spinach, arugula, spring mix lettuce, blue cheese, hot Italian ham, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sunflower seeds, and candied walnuts tossed in red wine vinaigrette.

A sweet finale calls for a stop at Journeys East to experience their Green Tea and Strawberry Shake blended to perfection with Snoqualmie Gourmet green tea ice cream and fresh local strawberries; or at Blazing Paddles for their Chocolate Mixed Berry Stromboli topped with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, dark and white chocolate, streusel, and finished with a house-made caramel sauce.
