Dorian is now offering a Saturday Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu will feature an array of breakfast and lunch items such as steak or salmon and eggs, eggs Benedict, lemon cakes pancakes, bread pudding french toast, lox bruschetta, a blue cheese leek quiche, their signature bruschetta, a house charcuterie board and salads. Each entrée order will come with a complimentary glass of champagne. The menu will range in price from $9-17.
The intimate space has crushed blue velvet booths, a round marble bar and combines Old World Victorian design with modern accents. Located at 7419 E. Indian Plaza Drive in Old Town Scottsdale, Dorian is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight. Happy hour is 5-6 p.m. and includes $2 off well drinks, select wine and appetizers and $25 select bottles and bruschetta.
Kurtis Smith, executive chef at Dorian says, “We’re thrilled to be starting a Saturday brunch. Valley residents love to relax and enjoy a slower pace on the weekends. Saturday brunch gives people an option to try us during the day. We’re combining a quality food product, with a beautiful setting and excellent cocktails, champagne and wine.”
Chef Smith trained at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute le Cordon Blue and has over 13 years of experience. He spent 10 years at the Point Hilton Tapatio Cliffs and Squaw Peak. Additionally experience includes Soul Café, a restaurant featuring Southwest cuisine and Grand Blue, a Mediterranean style seafood restaurant with fresh oysters and sushi.
