To celebrate the holiday season, Chef Lisa Dahl is offering a culinary journey at all four of her Sedona, Ariz. restaurants with new prix-fixe menus that are focused on flavors from South America to Italy and personally curated by Chef Dahl herself.

From Nov.1 through the end of the year, the “Passport to Sedona” encourages guests to explore dishes from Chile, Argentina and Uruguay to Italy by visiting all four of Chef Dahl’s Sedona establishments including Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill, Dahl & DiLuca, Cucina Rustica and Pisa Lisa.

The four-course, prix-fixe menus, with optional wine pairing, and passport books will be available by request at each restaurant and diners will receive a signature stamp in their passport after each meal. When stamps from all four restaurants have been collected, guests can redeem their completed passport for a copy of the exclusive “Simply Dahlicious” recipe book. Such Chef Dahl favorites included the famed Pollo al Rustica at Dahl & DiLuca and the Tuscan Tomato Soup served at Pisa Lisa.
