Riot Hospitality Group is proud to announce the Grand Opening of their latest venture, located in Old Town Scottsdale, previously occupied by Stingray Sushi along Scottsdale Road. The restaurant is set to open in early June and will reflect the core concepts of Food, Affection and Community. The concept is aimed to elevate a healthy lifestyle, working to engage patrons with an emotional response to build our community.
Riot Hospitality Group (RHG) CEO, Ryan Hibbert says “The idea is to offer healthy food in a creative and innovative way that not only tastes good but serves the greater community. Farm & Craft’s emphasis will be on gluten-free, organic and hormone free ingredients. The ‘Wellness-Menu’ will focus on 4 main topics for optimal health; increasing your daily probiotic intake, boosting your immune system, reducing your stress level and enhancing an antioxidant diet,” says Hibbert.
One of the game changers of Farm & Craft is that it will be the first of it’s kind operationally. Farm & Craft will be a fast, casual counter service restaurant during the day and a full service restaurant at night. Our guests can enjoy the best of both worlds, they can grab a nitro cold brew coffee on tap with our Blueberry Protein Pancakes for breakfast, or for lunch, and they can enjoy our Organic Hummus Protein Power Salad and a Kombucha on tap. The day can be finished off with one of our flax seed flatbreads, a great glass of wine, ice-cold local beer, or one of our signature cocktails made with cold-pressed juice.
This will let people enjoy Farm & Craft any hour of the day for healthy and sustainable food. F&C is set to open its doors in early June and will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located in a prime location at 4302 N. Scottsdale Road, in Old Town Scottsdale, F&C is the latest in a string of restaurant ventures for Riot Hospitality Group www.riothg.com. Other restaurants and brands for RHG include El Hefe, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and soon to open Hand Cut. For more information on Farm & Craft, log onto www.ilovefarmandcraft.com.
