Wonderland Market

December 4-6, WestWorld of Scottsdale

Wonderland Market, a three day holiday shopping extravaganza, takes place Dec. 4-6 at WestWorld of Scottsdale. The market has more than 100 vendors to help attendees find the perfect gifts this holiday season. There are items available to purchase ranging from apparel and jewelry to sweets and toys.

Perfect for East Valley shoppers – or patrons from anywhere in the Valley – Tempe Marketplace has a variety of shopping deals and events going on this holiday season.

The most comprehensive list can be found on their official holiday website but some highlights include nightly snowfall, tree selfies, and regular live music on the weekends. Of course, all of the shops and restaurants will provide various holiday deals.

Scottsdale Quarter

Scottsdale Quarter is a premier go-to shopping destination. Valley shoppers can find a variety of national shops mixed with local boutiques, offering something for everyone on your list.

Scottsdale Quarter and Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE) recently announced the Fourth Annual Holiday Tree Auction December 12 in The Quad at Scottsdale Quarter. Guests can preview the trees beginning at 10 a.m. and a live auction will take place at 1:30 p.m. Valley shops, restaurants, brands and professional sports teams will showcase their own, unique trees decked out with the latest merchandise, exclusive offers and gift cards for a good cause. Shoppers are invited to bid on their favorite tree of the Holiday Tree Auction. Trees in the charity auction have been decorated with a variety of merchandise, giveaways and other specialty items. All proceeds from the auction and event will benefit the Arizona Cancer Foundation.

Desert Ridge Marketplace

21001 N. Tatum Blvd., Phoenix

Desert Ridge Marketplace has a variety of holiday themed events and specials going on throughout the month. One unique event is Storytime with PBS Channel 8 (takes place on Dec. 9 and 16 from 5-7 p.m.) where children can enjoy holiday themed stories and characters.


There are also a variety of online holiday click to print coupons and, until Dec. 23, for shoppers who spend more than $300 in one trip at Desert Ridge you can win free tickets to Monster Jam & Supercross.

Westgate Entertainment District

6751 N. Sunset Blvd., Glendale

Located in the West Valley, Westgate Entertainment District transforms into a winter wonderland through Christmas Eve with free, festive happenings every day of the week including horse-drawn carriage rides, nightly snowfall, and visits with Santa Claus.

You can also make 3D ornaments and shop a variety of stores that range from mainstream to locally owned. Plus, the big fountain and holiday lights are perfect for taking photos!
