The Hotel at Southport sits on 5.5 acres of the 17.5 acre Southport Project on Lake Washington, and is the third of four phases. The already developed 383-luxury residential units, and 17,581 square-feet of commercial space is 95% occupied. The Hotel at Southport will offer a 40,000 square-foot conference center, VIP lounge and gourmet restaurant, retail, 20,000 square-feet of waterfront courtyards and plazas, and four roof-top terraces. An EB-5 partially funded project, the Hotel at Southport is on line for LEED designation in building design and construction by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
