Hotel Granduca Austin, a 194-room boutique Tuscan-style hotel scheduled to open in Fall 2015 has been accepted as a member of the prestigious The Leading Hotels of The World organization. Only the world's most exclusive hotels are accepted into this organization and Granduca is currently the only hotel in Austin to have gained admission. Hotel Granduca in Houston is also a member of The Leading Hotels of The World.
Hotel Granduca Austin sits atop a hillside at the northwest corner of Bee Caves Road and Loop 360, in the beautiful Westlake area a few minutes from downtown. The hotel is based on innovative Houston developer Giorgio Borlenghi's vision of an old-world private Italian villa. It will have a first class restaurant, Ristorante Visconti, highlighting Northern Italian cuisine.
The Leading Hotels of The World is the largest collection of exceptional hotels and resorts in the world with properties in over 80 countries. Only the world's most distinguished properties are admitted to The Leading Hotels of The World thereby assuring a constant adherence to the organization's exacting standards of high quality and service.
