Scramble - Santa Fe Eggs Benedict

Santa Fe Eggs Benedict Credit: Scramble

Scramble is a hip breakfast joint that embraces the fast casual dining concept. Diners place their orders at the bar and then take a seat in the contemporary dining room. Although guests get their own drinks and eating utensils, servers deliver the fresh-cooked food to the table when it is ready.

The owners source as much as possible locally, using eggs from Hickman's, milk from Shamrock Farms, meats from Schreiner Sausage, Sun Orchard juices, fresh breads from Wildflower Bread Company and produce from Peddler's Son Produce Company.
