Not only is this an intriguing dish to look at, it offers a taste that can’t be rivaled.
Rawhide Western Town and Steakhouse has long held a presence in the Phoenix area, but today it embraces its location on the Gila River Indian Community as the “new Rawhide”. Although the menu at Rawhide still caters to hungry cowboys and cowgirls visiting from around the globe, it now goes beyond that under the guidance of consulting chef Michael Cairns and Executive Chef Jon Anderson. The chefs use many indigenous ingredients to pay homage to all who shaped the history of the area Rawhide calls home.
